When a man doesn’t trust other men, he doesn’t trust himself. And when he doesn’t trust himself or feel comfortable in his own skin, then he desperately needs the “love” (approval, praise, acceptance) of women — and it doesn’t matter how many women there are, because there are never enough women to fill the hole in his soul.

My key takeaway from your wonderful article is that unless a person is truly comfortable with him-/herself, and accepts what is instead of what should be, (s)he will never be truly happy in a relationship. And self-acceptance is the foundation for self-happiness.
